Partnered-brands marketing means two of everything. Two user sets, two marketing objectives, and double the expectations. Yellow Tail wines and Bridesmaids (the movie) was an obvious fit for cross-promotion. A analogous demographic was the catalyst but the challenge was to offer both brands tangible value in a feasible promotional model. Coalesce developed an incentivized Facebook promotion to not only achieve product exposure but engage customers by establishing a "chance-to-win" contest structure framed by product media (i.e. video, web-links). A custom 'like-gate' instantly provided momentum on Facebook while a mobile-enabled presence offered access via QR based micro-ads distributed with Yellow Tail products nation-wide.

Rodale Publishing solicited Coalesce to assist in their aggressive approach to new-media by developing a social-outreach framework for varied marketing and promotional programs. Coalesce defined a centralized and cohesive social strategy by establishing the individual brand websites (i.e. WomensHealthMag.com) as primary content cores creating a gravitational pull for secondary sources including full-featured Facebook applications. This structure established the mission statement for their long-term social media strategy: "Attract and deliver (viewers) via secondary networks to the primary network - guaranteeing uniques".

In the months leading into a summer opening Coalesce crafted the Killer Elite Fan Hub: a social + media aggregator intended to engage excited fans and spur hype for the initial theatrical release.
